  • Distance Training and "In Company"

     (Metallurgy & Quality)

METAL-EXATO provides distance training while the measures to combat COVID-19 last. We use the Microsoft Teams platform or whatever is best suited to the company. As soon as possible, we will return to providing "In Company" training.

Evidently, face-to-face training does not replace distance training. As a result, all were readapted so that even from a distance they do not become tiring, following the firm intention of updating, improving and qualifying the employees' daily activities. Likewise, we develop specific training for your needs quickly and with the same quality as our regular courses. All of them are a strategic option when adding value to the company's business.

The trainings are mainly focused on transmitting concepts that allow for the improvement of processes and projects, both in the use of metallic materials and more appropriate heat treatments, as well as in the prevention and correction of failures in metallic parts.

" Metallurgy for Non-Metallurgists " has already been assisted by more than 800 technicians including companies and engineering schools in Brazil and Argentina. Training on CQI-9 4a. Edition was based on the new procedure launched in November/2020 and on the experience as a Heat Treatment Process Auditor for Ford in South America. Additionally, we were responsible for the translation and adaptation of CQI-9 4a. Edition for the Portuguese language.

Metallurgy for Non-metallurgists

Indicated for technicians and engineers unfamiliar with metallurgy or who want to review concepts, the course provides an overview of metallurgy in all its aspects (what is a metal, alloys, production, mechanical properties, heat treatments, destructive and non-destructive testing, fracture mechanics, fractography and ends with failure analysis of real cases Illustrated with movies and many illustrations.

CQI-9 4th. Edition

Indicated for technicians, engineers who work in the area of Thermal Treatments, whether or not they are familiar with the procedure.

The CQI-9 4th. Edition, launched in Brazil in November 2020, brought many changes compared to the 3rd. 2012 edition among them improved clarity of requirements, along with explanations, definitions of terms and examples. Another thing is the requirements for each question now listed separately making the auditor evaluate each requirement and rate it, not missing important points in the evaluation process.
